Katie Label Pivot Card with Elizabeth Craft Design Flowers

Our first Designer Challenge, using Karen Burniston's new Pop It Up dies for Elizabeth Craft Designs, has us using any of her three new Pivot dies, and for this card I used the 'Katie Label Pivot Card' die set. You will be able to see the Designer Challenge post on Elizabeth Craft Designs brand new blog, in the next couple of days - loads of inspiration!
I used my ATG glue runner to adhere some patterned paper (from Crate Paper's 'Maggie Holmes' pad) to some stronger card stock, then ran it through my Big Shot with the Katie Label Pivot die. This creates the card base, to which I added lots of layered flowers cut with the 'Flower Set 3' dies from ECD.
The yellow papers are from Basic Grey's 'Knee Highs and Bow Ties' 6x6 pad, and the swirly bits and 'Happy Birthday' were cut out of glitter card with more ECD dies. (The swirls were cut from the 'Agatha Edges' set.)
I also used some Light Pink Iridescent Shimmer Sheeting (from ECD), for some of the flower layers - it catches the light beautifully, and I embossed a couple of them with a chevron embossing folder.
I added some more card to cover in the back space left by the labels, and decorated the card front with more flowers.
Finally, I added some eyelets to the right-hand side of the card, and threaded twine through, then used Beacon's glue to stick on bunting flags.
