Stampin' Up Thank you Card

DCM's challenge this week is to have a scene on your card.

I used Stampin' Up's flag stamp (from 'Party this Way' set) and matching punch, scallop border punch, card stock and ribbon. The cloud dies are from Papertrey Ink.
