Well I'm super lucky, and have been able to play with all of the upcoming release of new dies by Karen Burniston for Elizabeth Craft Designs! The new dies are absolutely great fun!
I made this card, which is featured on the video, using the Accordion Fancy Label, which co-ordinates with new Star Fancy Frame Edges from the release.
The wide double sided sticky tape rolls from Elizabeth Craft Designs are brilliant for sticking down slightly more intricate die cuts, such as the frame edges, and it is the right thickness for die cutting.
Karen has some new character dies, including Whisker the Cat, used here.
I used the technique of cutting the shadow layer from Stamping Mask Paper, then airbrushing Copics over the area. After peeling off the mask, I added the cat parts. (The photo below was from when I made this card here.)
I don't have any cat related sentiments, so used the Happy Birthday from Karen's Happy Birthday PopUp set, and used a tape machine to add the 'Purrr'!
Purrfect! Wonderful card, Airbrushing the background, genius. Kitty die is a must have.
